

If I could leave negative “star-review” I would. I’m not a big online review person, however Brinks has such poor ethical standards that I’m compelled to write and caution others when making your home security decisions. RECOMMEND NOT USE BRINKS!!! YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER, YOU ARE DOLLARS. Here's to hoping I do not need to ever call back again for the same reason. When my next contract is up I will immediately cancel my service with Brinks and go with another company. I own a business with customer service support also and I know it is not that complexed. I should not have to talk to or transferred to multiple people also to cancel service. Although customer support said the email will be sent, I do not believe a word they tell me until I see it in my email. Had to call again a couple times and I am currently still trying to get my service cancelled. They will tell you the email will come between 24-48hrs but the emails never came and then charged me another month. I moved houses and tried to cancel my old house account (new house already also using Brinks) and to cancel an account they transfer you to different departments, and if you are lucky they do not hang up on you, and you end up talking to someone that will tell you they will send an email out to sign some documents. Half the customer support agents are rude and obviously do not care about their job, probably because there is no accountability for providing bad service. Their favorite thing to do is to put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. Their tech support is one of the worst of any company.
